Learn about the formation of the falls, their history, and their significance to the local communities. Take time to enjoy the spectacular scenery and capture memorable photographs before returning to Ilala Lodge. The remainder of the day is at leisure, allowing you to relax at the lodge and enjoy your first evening in Victoria Falls. Overnight at Ilala Lodge, with bed and breakfast.

After breakfast at Ilala Lodge, depart for Livingstone, Zambia, crossing the international border with the assistance of your driver-guide. Your day begins with a guided tour of Victoria Falls from the Zambian side, where you will discover different viewpoints and appreciate the falls from another angle. The experience varies with the season and water levels of the Zambezi River. Continue to Mukuni Village for a cultural visit, offering an opportunity to learn about traditional customs, community life, and local heritage.

You will also visit the Livingstone Museum to explore exhibitions covering the region's history, culture, and natural heritage. A visit to a local market follows, where you can browse handmade crafts and interact with local traders. After the day's activities, return to Victoria Falls and enjoy some time to freshen up at your lodge. In the evening, transfer to the Zambezi River for a memorable dinner cruise. As you travel along the river, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, watch for wildlife along the banks, and savour dinner against the backdrop of an African sunset. The cruise provides a relaxing end to a day filled with sightseeing and cultural discovery. Return to Ilala Lodge for your overnight stay, including bed and breakfast.

Enjoy breakfast at Ilala Lodge before embarking on an exciting helicopter flight over Victoria Falls. From the air, appreciate the extraordinary scale of the falls, the deep Batoka Gorge, and the winding Zambezi River. This scenic flight offers a unique perspective of the landscape and excellent opportunities for photography.

After the flight, continue your cultural exploration with a visit to Monde Village, where you will gain insight into rural Zimbabwean life, local traditions, and the daily activities of the community. Depending on the programme and time available, you will also have an opportunity to explore a local market and browse traditional crafts and other locally made products.

Later in the evening, transfer to the Boma Dinner and Drum Show for an entertaining cultural experience. After dinner, return to Ilala Lodge for your overnight stay, including bed and breakfast.
